EU amended the migration limit of Aluminium of Toy Safety Directive

On 19 November 2019, the European Commission has published Commission Directive(EU) 2019/1922 to amend the migration limits of aluminium in point 13 of part III of Annex II to Directive 2009/48/EC as follow：

This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Members states shall apply the provisions from 20 May 2021.
