1欧盟委员会建议监测食品和食品接触材料及制品中的烃类矿物油
据欧盟公报消息,1月17日,欧盟发布(EU)2017/84号委员会建议,建议成员国在2017年与2018年监测食品和食品接触材料及制品中烃类矿物油。
烃类矿物油是主要来自石油,还可由煤、天然气以及生物合成产生。烃类矿物油可经环境污染、食品生产与收获过程中使用的机油、加工助剂、食品添加剂与食品接触材料等途径迁入食品中。食品级烃类矿物油中的芳香烃含量较低。
欧盟委员会建议成员国联合食品生产经营者于2017年、2018年开展食品中烃类矿物油的监测。对监测方法、取样方法、分析方法、数据提交等进行了说明。

Mineral oil hydrocarbons (MOH) are chemical compounds derived mainlyfrom crude oil, but alsoproduced synthetically from coal, natural gas andbiomass. MOH can be presentinfood through environmental contamination, lubricants for machinery usedduringharvesting and food production, processing aids, food additives and foodcontactmaterials. Food grade MOH products are treated in a way that themineral oilaromatic hydrocarbons (MOAH)contentis minimised.
2欧盟食品安全局就氧化钨用于食品接触材料的安全性发布意见
据欧盟食品安全局(EFSA)消息,1月13日欧盟食品安全局就氧化钨用于食品接触材料的安全性发布意见。
氧化钨添加剂的平均氧化水平为2.86,对应的氧含量为19.93%。
欧盟食品安全局分别开展了迁移测试以及遗传毒性评估。欧盟食品安全局认为,按照最大使用量75mg/kg,将氧化钨作为再热剂用于PET不存在安全问题。然而用作其他功能或用于其他聚合物时,迁移量不应超过50 μg/kg(以钨计)。

This scientific opinion of EFSA Panel onFoodContact Materials, Enzymes, Flavourings and Processing Aids (CEF Panel)deals with the risk assessment of the additive tungsten oxide, CASNo39318-18-8 and FCM No 1064, for use in food contact materials as a reheatagentin polyethylene terephthalate (PET) at a maximum use level of 75 ppm (75mg/kgPET)。 The substance is a mixture of tungstenoxides withtungsten at different oxidative levels. The average oxidation levelof tungstenin the oxides is 2.86 corresponding to 19.93% oxygen content.Detailedinformation on impurities is provided as confidential. Specificmigration fromPET plaques with the substance at 150 mg/kg (double the maximum intended use level of 75 mg/kg) was determined into 95% ethanol, as a worst-case simulant forPETdue to its swelling effect. Under these test conditions, thespecificmigration, measured as tungsten using ICP-MS, was at the level of 1 μg/kg.
