Safeguard-CTT-TT-S25011(E) Toy Products Recall Notifications-2025 report 11

In order to protect consumer legitimate rights, the European Union, UK, USA, Canada, Australia together with other countries in the world has established special notification systems to provide information of products which may cause risk to people health and safety.
A total of 86 notifications of children's toys were declared in EU RAPEX are from Poland, Luxembourg, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Ireland, Latvia, France, United Kingdom in respect of Northern Ireland, Austria, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Slovakia, Finland, Slovenia; 11 notifications in UK official for product safety and Standards website; 2 notifications in Healthy Canadians official website; 12 notifications in Australian product safety recalls official website; 4 notifications in CPSC official website from 45 to 48 week of 2025. Up to 104 notifications of children's toys are from China among all those notifications. Toys were notified because : Contain or release small parts, Button batteries are easily accessible, Long drawstrings etc. Some toys are subject to notifications for more than one reason.
