CTT Vietnam Holds Seminar on Regulations for Electrical and Electronic Products

On June 22, 2024, the Vietnam branch of Consumer Testing Technology Co., Ltd. （CTT  Vietnam）successfully held a seminar titled "Analysis of European and American regulations of electronic and electrical products &case analysis " in Bac Ninh City,, Vietnam, and around 100 business representatives participated in the meeting.

The seminar aims to help electronic and electrical companies understand the compliance requirements of the European and US markets, ensure compliance with their production and business activities, and promote sustainable development.

In this informative seminar, CTT Vietnam expert introduced the 2023 RAPEX system recall, the high frequency notification project and the recent European Union recall cases. Subsequently, expert in-depth interpretation of European and American of electronic and electrical appliances major environmental regulations, including REACH regulations, POPs regulations, RoHS regulations, California Act 65, TSCA and other regulations. At the end of the seminar, expert analyzed the harmful substances that need to be focused on, such as PFAS, MCCPs, bisphenol substances, and put forward coping strategies and guidance suggestions.
