The laws and regulations related to toy product safety in China include the "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on the Management of Compulsory Certification Products", etc. In terms of product safety standards, the main national standards include: the GB 6675 series standards, GB/T 5296.5 "Instructions for Use of Consumer Products - Instructions for Use of Toys", GB 19865 "Safety of Electrical Toys", GB/T 9832 "Fur and Cloth Toys" and so on.

Applicable to all toys, that is, any product or material designed for or obviously intended for play by children under the age of 14.
