REACH refers to “Registration,Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals”, which contains the registration,evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemical substances in the productexported to EU. REACHANNEX XVII has replaced 76/769/EEC since June, 1, 2009, which contains more than 60 kinds ofchemical substances at present. For jewelry, the chemical substances limitedare mainly lead, cadmium, nickel release and phthalates, etc. Inaddition, the jewelry also should meet SVHC according to REACH article 57.
