ECHA plans to include triphenyl phosphate in the SVHC candidate list

On October 16, 2024, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) issued a press release announcing that the Member State Committee (MSC) agreed to identify triphenyl phosphate as a substance of very high concern, SVHC, because of its endocrine disrupting properties in the environment. ECHA will add the substance to the Candidate List in early November. The SVHC candidate list will then reach 242 entries.
