Vietnam Requires children's Toys to be affixed with Standard Sign

Recently, according to the new in Vietnam Economic Times, Vietnam Directorate for Standards and Quality informed to regulate the management of children's toys with a decision that all the production, import and circulation of children's toys in Vietnam need to be affixed with a standard sign starting from September 15, 2010, otherwise, it will be treated as violations, and be subject to forfeiture treatment. The National Toy Safety Technical Requirements of Vietnam was formulated with reference to ISO8124 and EN71, requiring that the products should be affixed with the following compliance mark:
