Company fined by Norway for prohibited substances

The Norwegian Climate and Pollution agency (Klif) has fined the firm for trading products containing prohibited substances.

The products in question include toys, electronics and gloves, and contain higher levels of phthalates, lead and short-chain chlorinated paraffins, than are allowed under Norwegian legislation PoHS.

The products have now been withdrawn from the market.
