In recent days, Dr Li Xinzhu, the deputy general manager was invited by a well-known magazine Importer and Exporter Manager to attend the interview about the topic of  "Breaching the Export Barriers on food contacting materials".  In the interview, according to the safety issues on food contacting materials, Dr Li further explained the hot topics on food contacting materials, combining with the rich testing experiences of himself. Dr Li says, for the enterprises, if they want to overcome the safety problems of food contacting materials, they need attach importance to producing productions. Firstly of all, they need to follow the good production specification of GMP. Secondly, it is necessary to be strict on the quality of the raw materials of the suppliers, so can solve the problem at the source. Thirdly, they must control effectively on the use of the raw materials and the process of the production. (Involved such as electroplating, spray, sulfide, bonding, cleaning, printing, welding and heating process to prevent pollution or residue). The last, they need control the internal quality in every production link. They need to test on some risky materials and evaluate that it may cause excess controlled materials in which link or the missing of which link may cause excess controlled materials and in the end to achieve the goal of improving process and quality.
